Call for Supplier Input

Public Contracts Scotland Climate XChange is conducting a research project to look at how public bodies can improve the way they measure and target emissions reduction relating to the goods, services and works they procure. This includes exploring tools and methodologies that are being used by suppliers and public bodies, including considerations around ensuring no one has a disproportionate burden placed on them.

This research will set out practical actions that can be implemented by public bodies to drive net zero targets in procurement.

They are asking for evidence from suppliers regarding relevant and proportionate approaches to measuring and reporting emissions.

You can find out more information here.

They want as many suppliers as possible to engage with this survey to provide the widest evidence base that they can.

We would encourage you to complete the survey to help shape the recommendations that will be made following the evidence collected from it.

The survey is open until the 7th of August so please take a few minutes to take part.

If you want to speak to us about anything in relation to your sustainability and Net Zero journey then please get in touch.
