Compliant Carbon Reduction Plan, in line with PPN 06/21

From April 2023 all suppliers must have a Carbon Reduction Plan compliant with PPN06/21 to participate in NHS public procurement tenders with a value over £5million. 

This includes all suppliers bidding for NHSSC frameworks, regardless of the spend that they will receive from the award, as the total value of the framework means that it is in scope.

From April 2024 this will be extended to ALL contracts, as detailed in the NHS Supplier Roadmap.
